It may sound a little hokey, but we're all Hokie fans now. This is a comedic website, but this is one of those rare occasions where just about ANY attempt at humor would be inappropriate. So we send our best wishes to the Virginia Tech community, and hope that they are able to heal.
As for us, we still want to divert your minds from this awful tragedy, just not with comedy. We can't be a much-needed diversion if we "go dark," as we did when Ryan Francis was murdered. So instead, we are fulfilling our promise that we made (to our biggest audience ever, by far, thanks to Deadspin.com, AOL FanHouse, and The Wizard of Odds) to continue to share photos from the Charity Swimming event. We can think of no better way to rid your mind of depressing thoughts, than to fill it with much more uplifting ones.
Thank you to the girls of troy, for allowing their images to console a Nation in mourning. In return, we are continuing to hold back photos that make you "look fat," or otherwise are just really unflattering. Even the most beautiful girls (i.e. Bruin Chelsey) look less-than-perfect in some shots. And if you're wondering, absolutely NO PROFIT is being made from the sharing of these personal photos.
Now here are a dozen more, that will hopefully help America slowly return to normalcy.
